A classic Marche white that’s at once crisp enough for warm afternoons and salty seafood and round/fruity enough to sip as an aperitif. A blend of 75% Pecorino and 25% Incrocio Bruni (a local grape), it opens with lovely aromas of peach, pineapple and lime skin. Then, mouthfilling but crisp with generous orchard fruit, peach skin and lime zest flavors and a saline, minerally, finish.
