Here’s a big mouthful of easy-to-love Rhone red wine at a very tiny price. A blend of 90% Grenache (60% from the Cotes du Rhone region) and 10% Carignan that was fully destemmed and raised in tank to let all of the juicy, ripe, fruit shine through. Classic Rhone red aromas of ripe strawberries and dark raspberries jump from the glass and lead to soft, wide-open, flavors of red raspberry, cherry, and a touch of “garigue” – the resinous note similar to the wild rosemary and thyme that grow here. Clean and juicy on the fruit-filled finish, this is easy to enjoy solo and will handle a wide range of foods at table. Just delicious and pretty irresistible at the price!
