Guy Richard is known for producing ripe, generous, wines that manage to avoid both over-ripeness and rusticity. Good when we first offered it last June, a few months in the bottle has let this open up and start delivering explosively ripe fruit, spice, and earth flavors. A big mouthful of Rhone wine for big flavors on the plate.
